1. When can I expect delivery of my order?

Upon receiving your order details, we forward this to our warehouse team and your order gets shipped the following day.

Our average lead time for delivery is as follows:

1-3 days for Metro Manila

3-5 days for provincial towns

5-7 days for rural areas

Please be advised that there are no deliveries on Sundays and Holidays.


2. How much is the shipping cost?

Orders made from PhP 1,000.00 and above are shipped for free.

For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will depend on your area.

P150.00 for Metro Manila Area

P200.00 for Luzon

P250.00 for Visayas and Mindanao

Free shipping may be enjoyed on top of a gift certificate or voucher discount as long as the qualifying amount is met after the discount is applied. If your order is less than the qualifying amount, then a shipping fee is charged.


3. How do I use a gift certificate/voucher discount for my order?

In the shopping cart, just fill in the coupon code in the ‘coupon’ section. Please be advised that only one gift certificate/voucher can be used per transaction.


4. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you’ve already placed your order, and received a confirmation message on this purchase, then an official order request has already been sent to us. If you wish to change or cancel your order after this, please get in touch with us thru our contact details below.


5.What do I need to present upon delivery?

If you would personally receive your order, please present a valid ID to the delivery courier for verification purposes.

If you won’t be able to personally receive your order, please prepare an authorization letter stating the name of the person who will receive the order on your behalf. A valid ID of the authorized person is required for verification purposes as well.


6. Can I return/exchange the items I ordered?

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

A refund/exchange will only be allowed for items with factory defect. Please make sure to contact us thru our numbers or email below.

This must be done within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unused, include all tags and packed in its original state.
